Meta has a New AI That Lets You Turn Text Prompts into Video Clips

Make-A-Video was developed by the firm based on their study into generative technologies.

Make-A-Video is the name of Meta's brand-new artificial intelligence (AI) platform, which, thanks to recent developments in the company's research into generative technologies, enables users to turn text prompts into brief video clips of a high quality.

The statement on the blog of the multinational technology corporation states that the system "learns what the world looks like from paired text-image data and how the world moves from video footage with no accompanying text." Meta said that it intends to produce a demo experience and that it would publish specifics on the science in a cumulative research article at some point in the future.

With this technology, it is possible to create one-of-a-kind films that are packed with a variety of colours, characters, sceneries, and other elements. It is also able to create films from already-existing photographs or draw ideas for new themes from previously created videos.

The feature, which makes use of publicly accessible datasets, is notable in this regard. The statement made by Make-A-Video comes not long after the launch of Make-A-Scene, a system that was introduced by Meta earlier on in this year.
